The acquisition, scheduled to shut within the first quarter of 2026 pending regulatory approval, will see Cognizant enhance its Azure engineering capability and increase its presence in cloud-based enterprise transformation tasks.
3Cloud, which was based by former Microsoft executives, is Gryphon Buyers portfolio firm. It delivers companies to enterprise shoppers throughout sectors resembling monetary companies, healthcare, expertise, and shopper industries.
